The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Client Coordinator to own the data strategy, reporting, and growth for a portfolio of clients. This role blends analytical expertise with client relationship management. You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate performance insights, configuring programmatic campaigns, assisting with Google/Meta implementation, and proactively identifying opportunities to grow your clients accounts. The ideal candidate is equal parts analyst, consultant, and problem solver, comfortable interpreting data, translating insights into action, and building strong client partnerships
Location: Must be in the Philippines
Time zone and Schedule: Thursday – Monday 9AM – 6PM EST (10PM – 7AM PH Time)

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing, programmatic advertising, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms or Recruitment Marketing
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of tracking concepts (pixels, UTM parameters, API integrations) and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex analytics for non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary analytics point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of insights.
- Partner with Clients to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations based on data.
- Present performance reports, insights, testing results, and optimization plans in a client-friendly, compelling way.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, clean, and interpret performance data across multiple digital channels (programmatic, Google, Meta, etc.).
- Develop and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and ad-hoc analyses to support client objectives.
- Identify trends, diagnose performance shifts, and provide data-backed optimization strategies.
- Conduct forecasting, pacing reviews, and budget analyses.
Programmatic Campaign Setup & Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch, monitor, and optimize programmatic campaigns.
- Evaluate campaign performance and make recommendations to improve efficiency, scale, and ROI.
Account Growth & Strategy
- Proactively identify new opportunities to expand client's relationship (new channels, optimizations, campaign optimizations, placements, etc.).
- Contribute to annual planning and strategic recommendations.
- Act as an internal advocate for clients by ensuring strategic alignment across teams.
