Job Description

About Worldpanel by Numerator

Decodes shopper behaviour to shape the future of the world's leading brands and retailers. We provide currency-grade consumer data representing nearly 6 billion consumers in 50+ markets, offering brands a multi-dimensional view of how people think, how they shop, and how they consume, so they can set bold strategies and drive sustainable.

Designation: Client (Account) Manager

Location: Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines

Starting Date: ASAP

SUMMARY:

This role will suit those who are ambitious and independent-minded and who are keen to work and develop their careers within a multi-disciplined and multi-cultural team. You will continue to build the account for Worldpanel Taiwan through delivering strong business insights with the consumer panel data.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

(1)Turn Data Into Weapons for Client Growth

You won't just answer business questions — you'll reframe them, sharpen them, and turn them into briefs that unlock growth for some of Taiwan's most ambitious brands.

  • You deconstruct problems and rebuild them into clear, high‑impact project briefs.
  • You lead our internal brain trust, pushing analysts and researchers to craft solutions clients can't get anywhere else.
  • You walk into negotiations with data‑driven arguments that strengthen the client's business case — and ours.

(2) Own the Entire Project Cycle

You don't manage projects, you lead them.

  • You run the full lifecycle, from asking sharp business questions to delivering strategically relevant insight.
  • You transform numbers into narratives that change how clients think and act.

(3) Build Partnerships That Expand Revenue, Not Just Relationships

You're the growth architect of our client partnership.

  • You go beyond daily client requests to anticipate what they should be asking.
  • You spot white‑space opportunities and convert them into long‑term revenue streams.

(4) Become the Commercial Nerve Center of Your Accounts

You own the financial pulse — and are accountable for making it beat faster.

  • You design and execute Account Plans that deliver monthly and annual revenue.
  • You forecast, track, and pressure‑test your business pipeline like a commercial strategist.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • A relevant degree in Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of data consultancy experience
  • A growth mindset — you see pressure as fuel and problems as innovation triggers.
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Influential bilingual communication (English/Tagalog).
  • High technical fluency with MS Office and data software.
