What You'll Do
- Drive Business Insights: Harness the power of analytics, Excel, and Power BI to deliver actionable insights that inform regional strategy, optimize vendor panels, and unlock new opportunities for savings and efficiency.
- Lead Sourcing Initiatives: Manage end-to-end sourcing projectsfrom scoping and requirements definition to due diligence and panel management. Prepare compelling RFP/RFQ/RFI documents and guide internal teams through every step.
- Elevate Vendor Performance: Develop and implement KPIs, SLAs, and balanced scorecards to ensure vendors consistently deliver value. Champion best practices in compliance and governance, and drive continuous improvement for year-over-year operational gains.
- Empower Teams & Streamline Processes: Train and support staff on procurement systems and tools, create clear process documentation, and map workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and foster innovation.
- Champion Governance & Compliance: Analyze and enhance vendor due diligence processes, collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate risk, and maintain Chubb's competitive edge through robust governance and continuous improvement.
- Be a Change Advocate: Promote the value of the Claims Vendor function across the business, influence strategy, and inspire a culture of excellence and innovation.
About You
- At least 5 years experience with vendor management, 3 years in claims vendor performance management, procurement, or a related field (insurance preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar analytics platforms
- Proven ability to translate data into business solutions and lead data-driven discussions
- Strong experience managing vendor relationships using SLAs, KPIs, and scorecards
- Skilled in sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and process improvement skills
- Can-do attitude with a passion for continuous learning and innovation
