Job Description
The Liquidations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end (E2E) Liquidation & Disposal process, ensuring smooth handling of parcels and assets across various operational stages. The role requires a proactive individual with warehouse experience and solid knowledge of claims and workforce management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee manpower responsible for warehouse activities such as sorting, loading, packing, and inventory handling.
- Manage performance of agency staff and compliance on warehouse protocols
- Support and monitor the end-to-end liquidation process to ensure efficient parcel flow and timely dispatch.
- Handle and document claims processes related to parcels and assets.
- Utilize Google Workspace tools for reporting, documentation, and coordination.
- Communicate effectively through written reports and verbal updates across teams and stakeholders.
- Manage workforce schedules and productivity to maintain operational efficiency.
- Apply 5S principles to ensure an organized, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Able to work with internal teams to ensure organizational targets are met
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 13 years of warehouse experience, preferably in parcel handling.
- Knowledgeable in E2E all-mile logistics operations is a plus
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Strong understanding of claims management and workforce planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferably familiar with 5S methodology and its application in warehouse settings.
