Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Claims Settlement

1. Facilitates the claims settlement for valid claims through the:

a. Monitoring and endorsement of settlement summaries to Accounting.

b. Sending of requests and monitoring of payment funding to Treasury.

c. Approval and monitoring of daily payout recitals.

d. Liaising with Accounting, Treasury and other concerned parties for major claims settlement-related matters.

Data Management

1. Prepares and submits required and requested reports with value-adding recommendations, if needed, according to established standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Accounting, Economics or Financial Management
  • With 1 or 2 yrs related experience in preparation of Accounting documents and reports
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Application
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Passion in customer service
