Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Calculate revised LTD benefits for members with approved CPP Disability or Gradual Return to Work arrangements.
  • Contact plan members or Service Canada to communicate benefit changes and explain calculation details.
  • Process corresponding payments accurately and in accordance with guidelines.
  • Manage tasks with a high level of accuracy, particularly during peak periods (end of month and first week of the month).
  • Collaborate with Case Managers, CPP Analysts, and other business unit partners.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduates may also apply, provided they have at least 2 years of BPO, backoffice, or administrative experience
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (10-20% of work involves calls)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to accurately interpret contract provisions
  • Ability to work the 8 PM - 5 AM PHT shift (ND/HP eligible)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in benefit or financial calculations
  • Experience in backoffice, insurance, claims, or disabilityrelated work
  • Strong comprehension and documentation skills
  • Ability to wor k effectively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders (Case Managers, Analysts, etc.)
