Job Description:
Performs all related claims facilitating tasks, as well as receiving and releasing of claim documents and checks to clients, advisors & other departments in SL, claim record creation, handling of claims & maturity payments; preparation of check requests, adhoc reports and letters and attending to claim notification and inquiries (email chat & phone).
Preferred Skills/knowledge
- Knowledge of life insurance basic concepts and operations.
- MS EXCEL
- MS WORD

- Minimum Typical Experience
- Graduate of a 4-year course
