Claims Administrative Support - (Commercial Insurance)
First Notice of Loss Intake
. Review of First Notice of Loss Work Items in the Claims Workbench (intake system).
. Review and validation of AI extracted and generated content validated against the Work Items original email content.
. Editing of AI extracted data and generated content within the Claims Workbench to confirm to business requirements.
. Automated claim creation in ClaimCenter (system of record) via the Claims Workbench.
. Basic error resolution if the claim fails to be created in ClaimCenter via the Claims Workbench integration.
. Coordinate with Westfield Specialty Claims Assistants to resolve more significant issues with the FNOL submission.
. Manual FNOL intake and claim creation as needed.
Email Management
. Review of Non-FNOL Work Items in the Claims Workbench.
. Review and validation of AI extracted and generated content validated against the Work Items original email content.
. Editing of AI extracted data and generated content within the Claims Workbench to confirm to business requirements.
. Routing of Non-FNOL Work Items.
. Basic error resolution.
. Coordinate with Westfield Specialty Claims Assistants to resolve more significant issues with the Non-FNOL Work Items.
General Administrative Support
. At the direction of Specialty Claims Assistants and/or Claim Owners, provide non-adjusting data collection.
. Provide data entry and other system tasks.
. At the direction of the claim owner, complete the required steps to close a claim in ClaimCenter.
. Other general administrative activities as needed.
UAT Testing
. Working at the direction of an Operations Analyst, complete tasks related to UAT testing including entering test FNOLs and Non-FNOL emails into the test system, reviewing system functionality and output, and logging results in Excel.
