Civil & Structural Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for supervising civil and structural construction works for mid-rise and high-rise projects, ensuring quality, safety, compliance, and timely completion.

Job Description

• Supervise daily civil and structural construction activities from structural works through finishing and turnover.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, quantities, and work methodologies.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, materials, and site requirements.
• Identify technical issues and recommend solutions to prevent delays and rework.
• Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and inspection records.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) preferred/required based on project requirements.
• At least 3–5 years of construction experience, with actual exposure to mid-rise and high-rise building projects.
• Strong experience in structural, concrete, civil, and finishing works.
• Proficient in reading construction plans, specifications, and BOQs.
• Knowledge of Philippine construction standards, building codes, QA/QC, and safety requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to work site-based and handle project requirements as needed.
