Core Responsibilities:
- Lead complex 3D civil modeling for site development, drainage, and utility networks.
- Ensure strict compliance with ANZ civil engineering standards and authority requirements.
- Coordinate civil models with building BIM models (structural/MEP) for clash resolution and site optimization.
- Generate final reports and construction deliverables (e.g., volume reports, design specifications).
Project Experience Required:
Substantial experience delivering civil infrastructure for Large-Scale Sites, Hospitals, and Data Centres.
Essential Skills:
- Expert Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or 12d Model.
- Key Preference: Proven project experience in Australia or New Zealand is strongly preferred.
