Role Description

This is a Part-time Hybrid role as a City/Municipality Head based in Cebu. The City/Municipality Head will oversee daily operations, manage teams and resources, and ensure business targets are achieved in their respective location. Responsibilities include establishing partnerships, managing local compliance, ensuring operational efficiency, and analyzing market trends to drive growth. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills, with experience in team coordination, strategic goal setting, and performance management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Strong understanding of local market conditions, business development, and partnership management
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze operational challenges and propose effective solutions
• Knowledge of automotive or transportation industries, preferably with experience in electric vehicles or the Jeepney sector
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Cebu and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to adapt to an evolving industry landscape
• Preferably with experience in negotiating with transport cooperatives
