Key Responsibilities:
- 7+ years of experience in Citrix administration/engineering
- Design, deploy, and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments
- Manage and optimize Citrix ADC (NetScaler) for load balancing, security, and performance
- Support Citrix Workspace, StoreFront, Director, and related components
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high availability
- Implement security best practices aligned with banking and compliance standards
- Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations for Citrix infrastructure
- Work closely with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes
- Provide L3/L4 support and mentor junior engineers
- Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Citrix VirtualApps and Desktops (7.x)
- Citrix ADC / NetScaler
- Citrix Workspace & StoreFront
- Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies
- Experience with VMware / Hyper-V virtualization platforms
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL, Load Balancing)
- Experience in banking or financial services environments (highly preferred)
- xcellent troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills
Good to Have
- Citrix certifications (CCA, CCP, CCE)
- Experience with security hardening, MFA, and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell)
- Experience with monitoring tools and automation
