Circuit Design Engineering

Location: BGC, Taguig

Responsbilities

Circuit Serviceability Checking & Assessment (New & Re-assessment) - For each (re)/assessment, serviceability checking request for customer site address location, the subcontractor will perform:

a. Capture, record, and validate from CRM opportunity details of customer site address location and service details.

b. Table-top assessment and serviceability checking using online facilities/network maps and databases.

c. Verify, and facilitate the checking with network operations on available last mile facilities serving the customer site location.

Initiates facilities confirmation requests to FO/ECOPS and CBOI

d. Checking available network capacities (ports, bandwidth, and protection) and network upgrade schedules

Initiates, submit, and follow-up RTAF, RFAD, RAAWA, RFI, and others. e. Update (new, ongoing, pending, completed, canceled, RTS) the request

management

system database/records/trackers on the result/status of the serviceability checking (serviceable, temporary, and not serviceable)

f. On a timely basis, notify the Client technical lead of the status/result of the checking/assessment request

Customer Circuit Engineering (New, Extension, and RID/CEWP revalidation)

a. Capture, record, and validate the request for circuit network mapping, reservation, and CEWP.

b. Initiate requests for actual customer and node site engineering assessment and survey

c. Circuit/Network Mapping & Reservation / Deletion
