Join Our Team as a Chief of Staff Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and execution-focused Chief of Staff Operations to work directly with the CEO and leadership team in managing and supporting day-to-day Amazon DSP operations.

This role is not administrative it is an operational leadership position responsible for ensuring that initiatives move from strategy to execution across dispatch, fleet, safety, recruiting, and operational support teams.

The Chief of Staff acts as the CEO's operational extension, ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution across DSP locations.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Execution & CEO Support

  • Serve as the operational right hand of the CEO for all Amazon DSP activities.
  • Translate leadership priorities into executable operational plans.
  • Ensure leadership decisions are implemented across teams.

DSP Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with Operations Managers, Dispatch, HR, and Fleet teams.
  • Support escalation handling and operational issue resolution.
  • Maintain visibility across daily operational activities and team updates.

Meeting & Accountability Management

  • Lead operational cadence meetings (daily/weekly performance reviews)
  • Prepare operational summaries and leadership reports.
  • Track action items and ensure timely completion across departments.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Align Recruiting, Training, Dispatch, Fleet, and Safety functions.
  • Support operational initiatives, expansion efforts, and process rollouts.
  • Drive communication between U.S. operations and offshore support teams.

Communication & Documentation

  • Assist with internal operational communication and reporting.
  • Maintain documentation, trackers, and operational updates for leadership visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or an executive support role.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and work cross-functionally.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
