Chief of Staff / Integrator - Build the Operational Backbone of a Billion Peso Company

Sodarizer is the Philippines leading home carbonation brand. We help homes and businesses turn regular water into sparkling water through our soda makers and CO₂ refill exchange system.

What This Role Owns

  • This is not a coordinator role.

The Chief of Staff / Integrator works directly with the founders to turn vision into execution — building systems, driving cross-functional initiatives, and helping scale the operational backbone of the company.

In the first 30 days, the primary mandate is building two foundational functions from scratch:

  • Hire and onboard the HR Manager
  • Hire and onboard the in-house Accountant
  • Build the initial systems, SOPs, and accountability structures for both functions

Beyond that, the role expands into:

  • Driving company-wide execution across departments
  • Leading operational and expansion initiatives
  • Building accountability and operational systems
  • Managing high-priority cross-functional projects
  • Supporting EOS rhythms including Rocks, Scorecards, and quarterly planning

This role will have meaningful influence over how Sodarizer operates, scales, and builds its leadership infrastructure.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years in a Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role
  • Experience in a Philippine SME or startup environment strongly preferred
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and execution ability
  • Comfortable building systems and teams from zero
  • Clear and concise communicator with leadership-level maturity
  • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Google Workspace
  • EOS or Scaling Up familiarity is a plus
