Job Description

C-Suite Partners has been engaged to support a leading, multi-site private sector organisation in Southeast Asia with the appointment of a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

This is a senior leadership role reporting to the executive leadership team, with responsibility for shaping and delivering the organisation's people, leadership and culture agenda across a complex, multi-site environment.

The Opportunity

The organisation is focused on strengthening leadership capability, workforce sustainability and organisational culture as it continues to scale and mature. The CHRO will play a critical role in partnering with executive and operational leaders to ensure the workforce strategy supports long-term performance, capability and outcomes across the group.

This role operates at the intersection of people, performance and governance, requiring a pragmatic leader who can balance strategic intent with operational realities in a complex, regulated setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the people and culture strategy across multiple operating entities
  • Partner with executive and operational leaders on leadership development and succession planning
  • Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention at scale
  • Drive performance management, remuneration and reward frameworks
  • Lead organisational design, change initiatives and capability uplift
  • Ensure strong industrial relations, governance and compliance frameworks

Candidate Profile

  • Senior HR leader with experience in large, complex, multi-site or multi-entity organisations
  • Healthcare experience not required; backgrounds from regulated, service-based or people-intensive sectors welcomed
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at executive and board level
  • Experience leading large, diverse workforces across multiple locations
  • Strong commercial acumen and systems thinking
  • Credible, trusted partner to senior executives and operational leaders
