Job Description
As a Chief Financial Officer, you would:
- Develop financial strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with senior management to make informed financial decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and Board presentations following SEC regulations and recognise best practices.
- Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities while collaborating with CRCO.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to promote professional growth.
- Foster a culture of transparency and accountability within the finance department.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Chief Financial Officer Should Have
- A strong educational background in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- CPA is required and CFA is a plus.
- Proven track record in a regulated financial institution
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and standards - SEC, BSP, Basel III standards, IFRS 9 provisioning, and general accounting principles.
