Chief Financial Officer

Role Description

The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of the company, including strategic financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing financial strategies, leading budgeting processes, supervising financial reporting, and providing insights to support decision-making and growth initiatives. The CFO will work closely with the executive team to guide the long-term financial vision of the company.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and developing strategic financial goals
• Experience in M&A is good to have.
• Experience in Feasibility studies are good to have
• Experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
• Comprehensive knowledge of Finance principles and practices
• Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role
• Familiarity with the hospitality and f&b industry is a plus
