Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Director / Head of Finance to lead the finance function and serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership. This role is CFO-track and will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy, strengthening financial controls, and supporting business expansion.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in FP&A, corporate planning, commercial finance, and business partnering, with experience in F&B, retail, FMCG, or consumer-driven businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management of the company.

Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic, operational, and commercial decisions.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modeling.

Drive profitability through pricing, costing, margin analysis, and cost control initiatives.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, strong internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

Support business expansion initiatives including new concepts, stores, and growth investments.

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications & Experience

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.

At least 710 years of progressive finance experience, with exposure to FP&A, corporate planning, and financial reporting.

Experience in F&B, retail, FMCG, or consumer-focused businesses is highly preferred.

Proven experience in a leadership or business partnering role, working closely with senior management.

Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, costing, pricing, and profitability analysis.

Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools; exposure to dashboards and analytics is a plus.
