About Our Client

Our client is a leading regional fintech platform with a growing presence across Southeast Asia. As part of its continued expansion in the Philippines, the company is strengthening its commercial leadership team and is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer based in Manila to drive growth across digital distribution, partnerships and ecosystem channels.

Operating at the intersection of technology, digital platforms and payments, the company partners with online platforms, payment channels and institutional partners to deliver innovative financial solutions to both businesses and consumers. This role is suited for an entrepreneurial commercial leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the overall commercial and revenue growth strategy across digital and partnership channels.
  • Build, lead and scale a high-performing sales and business development team.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to accelerate product adoption and customer growth.
  • Drive strategic business development and partnership initiatives with fintech platforms, online payment channels and digital ecosystems.
  • Expand embedded insurance distribution across partner platforms and digital channels.
  • Identify and develop institutional partnerships, including corporate platforms and employee benefits solutions.
  • Work closely with product, technology and operations teams to align commercial strategy with digital product innovation.
  • Manage key stakeholders across internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of growth initiatives.
  • Deliver performance against key metrics including annual premium revenue, customer growth, share of wallet, retention and persistence.

Requirements

  • Proven commercial leadership experience within fintech, insurtech, digital platforms or technology-enabled financial services.
  • Strong background in business development, partnerships and digital distribution models.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and grow third-party partnerships and platform ecosystems.
  • Solid understanding of digital technology and fintech products.
  • Experience leading and scaling sales or commercial teams in high-growth environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and build new market opportunities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across product, technology and commercial teams.
