Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Preferably CPA
- At least 5 years experience as Accounting Head/Manager
- Knowledge in SAP Business One is an advantage
- Background in construction industry is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage high-volume workload
- High level of integrity and moral character
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Willing to be based at Multi-Line Head Office in QC
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee preparation and maintenance of financial records
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Provide strategic financial insights for business decisions
- Lead and mentor the accounting team
- Coordinate audits and tax filings
- Implement and maintain internal controls
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks
- Collaborate with senior management on financial strategy
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Oversee AP/AR, payroll, and benefits administration
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
- Monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage relationships with auditors and financial institutions
