Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related course.
- With 6 months to 1 year experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or R&D
- Willing to work in Pulilan, Bulacan.
- Knowledge in basic QC testing, material inspection, and documentation.
- Familiar with ISO, GMP, or quality systems is an advantage.
Duties and Responsibility
- Assist the Quality Control Superior in maintaining quality standards by inspecting incoming raw materials and finished products.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of materials and products according to established quality control procedures.
- Document all inspection results and maintain accurate records.
- Notify the Quality Control Superior of any deviations from specifications.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new quality control procedures.
- Monitor compliance with quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in quality control procedures.Participate in root cause analysis of quality issues.
- Implement corrective action plans to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- Conduct research and development of new products as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Perform any other tasks related to research and development as may be assigned.
