Process Optimization & Troubleshooting: Monitoring, improving, and fixing manufacturing processes to increase yield, reduce waste, and improve quality.
Design & Development: Designing and planning the layout of equipment and manufacturing systems.
Safety & Compliance: Establishing safety procedures for hazardous materials and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Data Analysis & Costing: Using software to analyze production data and estimating production costs for management.
Research & Quality Control: Conducting tests to improve production techniques and ensuring products meet specifications.
Collaboration: Working with team members to implement new designs and training personnel on new methods.
Common Industries Requirements
Chemical manufacturing, petrochemicals, and oil refining.
Paper, plastics, and consumer products.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or BS Chemistry but Registered
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, data analysis, and modeling.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
