Job Description

NIU by Vikings is a premier modern buffet restaurant offering elevated dining experiences through world-class cuisine, luxurious interiors, and exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage assigned kitchen section operations
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portioning standards
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety within the station
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate stock requirements with the kitchen team
  • Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in Western, Japanese, Asian, Chinese, Carving, Cold Kitchen, or Pastry operations
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Team player with good communication and leadership skills
  • Flexible, disciplined, and passionate about culinary excellence
  • Experience in hotel, buffet, or fine dining setup is an advantage
