Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie (Pastry) located in Quezon City. The Chef De Partie will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality preparation, presentation, and timely execution of dishes. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff within the assigned section, maintaining cleanliness and organization, supervising food storage and stock rotation, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards in the kitchen.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and knowledge of a wide range of cuisines
  • Strong experience in kitchen operations, food safety, and maintaining hygiene standards
  • Leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to guide and supervise a kitchen team
  • Organizational and time management skills to ensure efficiency under pressure
  • Creativity in developing recipes and presentation techniques
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Completion of culinary school or any relevant certification is an advantage
