Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie (Pastry) located in Quezon City. The Chef De Partie will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality preparation, presentation, and timely execution of dishes. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff within the assigned section, maintaining cleanliness and organization, supervising food storage and stock rotation, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards in the kitchen.
