Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to join our team at Vikings Group, based on-site in Laoag. The Chef de Partie will manage a specific kitchen station, ensuring high-quality preparation and presentation of dishes while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. This role involves supervising junior staff, assisting in menu planning, overseeing inventory, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations to meet the company's culinary excellence standards.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Cooking and Culinary Skills, with expertise in preparing a variety of dishes to a high standard of quality.
  • Proficient in Food Preparation and maintaining consistent portioning, plating, and presentation.
  • Knowledge of Hygiene practices to ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate instructions in a kitchen environment.
  • Candidates with formal culinary training or a degree in Culinary Arts are preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment with excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Previous experience in a luxury or high-volume restaurant is an advantage.
