Job Description
- Lead sales conversion. Handle incoming leads, build client relationships, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Client consultation and project scoping. Engage with chefs, restaurateurs, and other stakeholders; and work with chef consultants to recommend tailored kitchen equipment and design-build solutions.
- Present and sell kitchen equipment and services, preparing proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to drive sales conversion.
- Oversee project handover. Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth transition after client signing.
- Manage and grow your sales pipeline with timely follow-ups, tracking, and consistent performance, including collaboration with marketing and business development teams to optimize lead generation efforts and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (English and Tagalog).
- Highly organized and capable of handling multiple competing priorities.
- Proficient with Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and/or Microsoft product
- Background in F&B or culinary industry is an advantage.
