Job Description

  • Prepares daily abstract of sales and records issuance of order slips.
  • Conduct data processing, ensure quality management, and provide comprehensive audits.
  • Collects and records all unused orders slips every end of the shift, to monitor its movement and check the series used.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
  • Prepares order slips for signature of members
  • Checks series of chits and order slips to determine missing and unsigned chits and to check unaccounted order slips
  • Prepare report on discrepancy of chits and orders slips
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and tests.
  • Assist in the inventory of the bar/outlet and submit daily sales report to his/her immediate supervisor.
  • Assist in training new staff on quality control procedures.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time by superior
  • Job Title: Checker
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree required, financial management graduate or any business course.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in report generation, quality auditing, and system testing.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency of the order slip provided.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, and committed to high standards of quality.
