Monitor daily faults, analyze issues, and ensure timely, high-quality repairs.
Analyze charger/station data to evaluate performance and maintenance needs.
Conduct spot checks on repair and maintenance quality (on-site or via camera).
Coordinate with V-Green, service partners, and suppliers to resolve incidents and implement upgrades.
Supervise and validate repair, warranty, and preventive maintenance activities.
Track maintenance performance, reconcile service costs, and manage spare-parts planning and distribution.
Support technical training and ensure service quality compliance.
Collect field data, prepare regular reports, and perform other assigned tasks or project duties.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering.
23 years (Specialist) or 57 years (Manager) experience in EV charging station operation/repair; preference for candidates from charger manufacturers or installation/maintenance contractors.
Good knowledge of diagnostic systems and electrical/electronic components in charging stations.
Strong technical analysis, teamwork, and communication skills; project management and training skills for Supervisor roles.
Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English.
