QUALIFICATION AND NEEDED WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Must have atleast 5 years managerial experience
  • College graduate (4 years course)
  • Willing to be deployed in Pampanga area but will handle the North and Central Luzon channel sales.
  • Must have related experience in Telco sales
  • Must have good communication skills and a team player.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coverage: North and Central Luzon, no dropdown in the Location -

but the coverage is North and Central Luzon.

  • Will choose Pampanga as the Work-base for the employee.

1. Partner Recruitment: Identify and recruit potential partner/s in the area that will help FiberHome meet sales requirements and expand business.

2. Partner Management: Establish, develop, and maintain strong, effective business relationships with channel business partners.

3. Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, providing them with the necessary training, resources, and support. This is together with the Partner Support Team and the Training Department

5. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze channel sales performance, tracking progress towards goals and making data-driven decisions to improve results.

6. People Management and Development: Coaching and Mentoring, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. KPI creation and performance.
