Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve SI/ST/SO sales targets and be accountable for results.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts and regional distributors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and account dynamics; develop and execute channel strategies accordingly.
  • Map and optimize the distribution network, align stores and partners with company strategy, and ensure results are delivered.
  • Manage order, delivery, and payment processes with clients.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts and integrate resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and supervise a team, including sales promoters, if applicable.
  • Maintain strong customer engagement and relationships within assigned regions.
  • Provide insights on market trends and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • 25 years of experience in the mobile phone or 3C industry.
  • Familiarity with the local market channel structure, industry trends, and strong client network.
  • Strong business planning, opportunity identification, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • High professional standards with a proactive and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese; local language is a plus.
  • Additional advantage: local language proficiency, industry influence, client network, or successful project experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
