About the Role
We're looking for a Channel Sales Manager for the Partner Alliances Team to be responsible for driving business growth in the Philippines through the execution of our Channel Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy.
This role will work closely with key channel partners to build strong, productive relationships and deliver qualified business opportunities. This position requires close coordination and transparent communication with the Philippines Sales Lead, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with the country sales strategy and that opportunities are effectively handed over and progressed.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to drive revenue growth for AI software products and identify and recruit new partners with a focus on expanding the AI software market presence.
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment with business goals andcserve as the primary contact for partners, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support. Lead and join end customer calls with partners and their sales rep
- Sales Enablement: Develop and implement training programs for partners to effectively sell and support AI software solutions and provide partners with the tools and resources needed for successful marketing and sales efforts.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Set sales targets and KPIs for partners and monitor their performance against these metrics and analyze sales data and trends to assess partner effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Market Insights: Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in AI technology and work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials for partners. Develop marketing activities with partners to gain more brand visibility
- Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with product management and development teams to ensure partners are well-informed about updates and new features and participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote AI software solutions and network with potential partners. Work together with business development and accounts team to win deal
Who You Are:
- Proven experience managing channel partners (resellers, system integrators, distributors, telcos, ISVs)
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS / enterprise solution sales cycles
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Ability to manage and analyze partner pipelines, deal registration, and revenue tracking
- Familiarity with partner enablement tools (training materials, playbooks, sales kits)
- Competency in data analysis & reporting (Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards)
- Comfortable working with commercial models (margin structures, revenue share, MDF, rebates)
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
- Clear and persuasive communication & presentation skills
- High level of ownership and accountability for partner performance
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach
Nice to Haves:
- Experience building a channel program from scratch
- Prior exposure to AI, cloud, CPaaS, CCaaS, or enterprise software
- Experience managing regional or multi-country partners (APAC preferred)
- Knowledge of partner certification and onboarding frameworks
- Experience in co-selling motions with direct sales teams
- Background in telco, system integrator, or platform ecosystems
- Familiarity with partner portals, LMS platforms, or PRM tools
