Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Channel Sales Executive to develop and manage channel partners for our Workplace Technology Solutions portfolio. This role focuses on growing revenue through system integrators, resellers, and solution partners by promoting modern workplace technologies such as collaboration tools, smart meeting room solutions, AV systems, and digital workplace platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, system integrators, and solution providers
- Drive sales growth for workplace technology solutions through partner networks
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market coverage
- Support partners with product training, solution positioning, and sales enablement
- Work closely with partners on pipeline development, deal registration, and joint sales activities
- Conduct partner meetings, product demos, and solution presentations
- Track partner performance and ensure achievement of sales targets
- Coordinate with internal technical, pre-sales, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback
- Support marketing campaigns, roadshows, and partner events
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales and channel partner management
- Experience selling workplace technology, AV, IT infrastructure, collaboration tools, or smart office solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of channel partner ecosystems
- Target-driven with strong business development mindset, with experience developing new channel partners
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
