About the Role:

This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for the air-conditioning sector in the VisMin region. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing the sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with key B2B clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Responsibilities include conducting market research, delivering impactful presentations, and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams, such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and Logistics, to align efforts with client needs and market demand. Additionally, the position focuses on gathering client feedback to inform product and service improvements, preparing performance reports, and staying updated on industry trends. The ultimate goal is to enhance market share, maintain a competitive edge, and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets within the VisMin region for the air-conditioning sector.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key B2B clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts by recommending tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support targeted campaigns and promotions aimed at driving sales and brand visibility.
  • Partner with the Logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior within the VisMin region.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including performance metrics and forecasts, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the air-conditioning product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Educate clients on product offerings through training sessions and demonstrations, ensuring they have the knowledge to make informed decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry developments to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.
  • Preferably owns a vehicle & driver's license for fieldwork assignments.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or channel sales, preferably in the air-conditioning or consumer electronics industry.
  • Proficiency in strategic sales planning, pipeline management, and market analysis.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients.
  • Adept at using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes and logistics coordination.
  • Relevant certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
  • Must own a personal car and hold a valid driver's license for client meetings and fieldwork.
  • Physically fit and willing to travel frequently within the VisMin region.
  • Residing within Cebu for proximity to key clients and markets.
