DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Channel Yield & Productivity Engine
Performance Diagnostics: Analyze data to identify underperforming segments.
Territory Saturation Drives: Execute hyper-local Attack Plans (e.g., Industrial Park Sweeps).
Sales Force Multiplier: Bridge Strategy and Sales with executable tactics.
Strategic Revenue Partnerships
Ecosystem Expansion: Secure non-traditional alliances (Hardware, Finance).
Commercialization: Convert sponsorships to revenue-sharing models.
Investment Efficiency & ROI
A&P Optimization: Enforce strict Cost-to-Revenue Ratio (CTRR).
Kill/Keep Decisions: Audit trade programs scale revenue generators.
Sales Enablement & Readiness
Tactical Toolkits: Create battle-ready tools (competitor takedowns, ROI calculators).
Capability Building: Train on closing deals via trade programs.
Conversion Acceleration (tactical conversion programs, drive conversion huddles with sales), Partner/Alliance Development (commercial alliances, tiering, sourcing)
REQUIREMENTS:
8+ years in Sales Ops, BD, or Channel Mgmt.
B2B Tech / Telco / SaaS background is preferred
Track record of P&L/Revenue Target management.
Bachelor's in Business, Economics, or Engineering
MBA is a plus.
