Job Description

Location: Remote

Industry: Cybersecurity / SaaS

Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

We are partnering with a high-growth cybersecurity platform to identify a Channel Operations Manager.

This is not a standard administrative support role. It is a strategic position for an Operational Architectsomeone who can build, optimize, and govern a complex, multi-product partner ecosystem.

We are looking for a systems-focused professional who can translate cross-functional needs into clean, scalable processes. You will not just manage the partner program; you will be responsible for its efficiency, data integrity, and operational success across a portfolio that spans Awareness, Phishing Simulation, and Secure Code.

You will act as the bridge between Operational Precision (HubSpot, PRM, SLAs) and Partner Success (Onboarding, Activation, Growth).

Required Mindset: The Proactive Owner

We are looking for specific behavioral traits. This role requires high autonomy and the ability to solve problems before they become blockers.

  • Proactive Ownership: You don't wait for a bottleneck to break the system. You identify risks in the partner lifecycle (like onboarding delays) and implement fixes immediately.
  • Strategic Clarity: You don't just execute tasks blindly. You ask, What is the business outcome and ensure every process you build drives partner activation or revenue.
  • Data-Driven Accountability: When a metric drops, you dig into the data to find the why. You take ownership of the health of the ecosystem.

The Mandate

You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of the partner lifecycle.

01. Program Governance & Operations

  • Lifecycle Management: Own the operational workflow for partnersfrom intake and onboarding to renewal and churn prediction.
  • Order & Deal Integrity: Approve, validate, and maintain absolute accuracy in partner orders, renewals, and deal registrations.
  • Process Excellence: Manage deal registration SLAs and compliance. You ensure the rules of engagement are clear and followed.
  • Remove Friction: Identify and eliminate blockers in the delivery or deployment process that frustrate external partners or internal teams.

02. Systems Administration & Metrics (The Engine)

  • HubSpot & PRM Oversight: Act as the administrative owner for the PRM (Partner Relationship Management) and HubSpot CRM. You will configure these tools to support a multi-product environment.
  • Lifecycle Metrics: You will own the visibility and optimization of key performance indicators, including:
  • Partner Activation Rate: Accelerating time-to-first-sale.
  • Onboarding Cycle Time: Streamlining the path from Signed to Enabled.
  • Partner Health Scores: Tracking engagement and revenue contribution.
  • Churn Prediction: Identifying at-risk partners for proactive intervention.
  • Data Intelligence: Build and maintain dashboards that provide leadership with reliable, real-time insights into program performance.

03. Cross-Functional Alignment & Optimization

  • Organizational Alignment: Build understanding of partner program benefits across the company. You will ensure Sales, Channel, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Service Delivery are aligned on processes.
  • SLA Enforcement: Ensure consistent execution against internal service-level commitments (e.g., ensuring Finance or Service Delivery meets their timelines for partners).
  • Change Management: Support change-management communications to partners, ensuring they are prepared for new processes or tooling updates.

The Profile

  • Experience: 4+ years in Channel Operations, Partner Success, or Revenue Operations (SaaS/Tech preferred).
  • Technical Fluency: Demonstrated expertise with HubSpot CRM and PRM systems (e.g., Channeltivity, Allbound, Impartner) is essential.
  • Operational Agility: You are a self-starter who can prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment without losing composure.
  • Communication & Fluency: You possess exceptional command of professional English (written and verbal). You must be capable of mediating complex issues between internal teams and external partners with absolute clarity and diplomacy.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Availability: Capable of occasional travel for partner events, enablement, or internal planning sessions.
  • Industry Context: Experience in Cybersecurity, GRC, or multi-product SaaS environments is a strong plus.

About The Engagement:

This is a full-time, long-term contract role. The successful candidate will be contracted with Lumen Partners and will work as a dedicated, fully-integrated member of the client's team.
