Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Channel Marketing Executive to support and execute partner marketing programs that drive demand and revenue for our Workplace Technology Solutions portfolio. This role works closely with sales teams, distributors, and reseller partners to develop marketing campaigns, manage channel enablement activities, and strengthen brand presence across indirect sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, promotions, joint marketing programs) to support partner sales growth.
- Collaborate with distributors, resellers, and system integrators to develop co-marketing initiatives and demand generation activities.
- Manage marketing materials such as brochures, product collateral, case studies, presentations, and partner toolkits.
- Coordinate partner enablement programs, including training sessions, webinars, and product launches.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and lead conversion metrics.
- Support sales teams with pipeline acceleration programs and promotional activities.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and positioning across all partner channels.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Organize and support industry events, trade shows, roadshows, and partner meetings.
- Gather market feedback from partners to support product positioning and strategy.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B channel marketing- from executing channel marketing strategy, to campaign management, demand generation, event marketing, content creation, data analysis & reporting and more.
- Experience working with IT solutions, workplace technology, AV solutions, collaboration tools, or enterprise software
- Strong channel partners relationships management skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
