Job summary:
He/she is an acquisition/sales expert responsible for creating and implementing effective acquisition plans and managing initiatives that will drive the growth of all digital bank products of BDO for specific regional areas/assigned channels. Likewise, he/she is expected to build partnerships and execute effective acquisition programs with other brands and with SM Group affiliates through tie-ups of his/her assigned region.
Responsibilities:
1. Acquisition Campaigns Champion
- Act as the lead implementer and end-to-end owner of all acquisition-related projects & campaigns to drive the growth and meet targets of BDO's Digital Banking products through new downloads and sign-ups within his/her assigned specific region
2. Partner Management
- Assigned to build and nurture partnerships with internal and external stakeholders within his/her assigned regions. This would entail managing strategic partnership initiatives that will drive acquisition and growth for all digital banking products. He/she will be assigned to continuously communicate in person with the assigned partners for developments of the projects, and in dealing with the needs/requirements of the Bank to carry out the planned initiatives in his/her assigned region.
3. Acquisition Planning & Development
- Assist in the strategic planning stage of acquisitions to develop innovative and effective tactical campaigns across touchpoints, products and segments. Along with Channel Managers, he/she must be able to spot new opportunities to mold and improve his/her assigned channels.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder
- With at least 5 years of experience in Sales, Digital Marketing, Acquisition, Digital Product Management and Channel Management
- Willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas
