As a Channel Execution Manager, you will be responsible in executing category promotional strategies, new product development launches, competitor activity monitoring and planning for the specific channel handled. This requires you to spotting opportunities in the trade and specific customers. You will leverage channel strategies and tailor fit these to the handled channel to drive thought with our customers and gain strong influence over the execution of Del Monte categories in-store.

Your responsibilities in the role

  • Commercial Launch Ownership: Own the success of all new product and trade launches. Apply expert commercial acumen and strategic decision-making to engineer best-in-class, winning market launches that achieve sales targets and build market share on schedule.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Function as the critical link between Category and Sales. Develop and champion Trade Marketing strategies that are perfectly calibrated with customer insight, translating directly into the achievement of ambitious sales objectives and revenue goals.
  • Market & Customer Execution: Drive execution excellence by partnering directly with key customer teams. Lead the operational rollout for high-priority product launches and major initiatives, ensuring optimal in-market presence.
