We are hiring a Channel Development Officer (Assistant Manager level).
Role Overview
Manages and enhances the bank's ATM and switch platforms, drives partnerships, improves customer experience, and leads ATM innovation and projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor ATM/channel performance, manage switch operations (incidents, maintenance), and control costs
• Initiate and lead analysis and development of new ATM features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals
• Enhance customer experience and brand awareness to increase ATM usage
• Manage vendors/partners and ensure BSP compliance
• Lead ATM/switch projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, testing, and issue resolution
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements
Qualifications
• Graduate of any 4-year business-related course
• Must have knowledge in Project Management or as Business Analyst
• Background in ATM projects, digital banking, channel or platform development
• Experience with vendors/managed services and relevant certifications are a plus
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities with people management experience
