Job Description

The Channel Communication Management Lead drives the quality and impact of organizational messaging by crafting and rigorously editing content to ensure clarity, brand alignment, and strategic relevance across all formats. This role acts as a guardian of the corporate voice, translating complex business initiatives into engaging narratives while maintaining the official Communications Style Guide and governance standards. Additionally, the Lead oversees the end-to-end content lifecycle, including platform management, publishing calendars, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

1. Copy Editing

  • Review and edit written materials (infographics, speeches, presentations, trade letters, other cascades) to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, tone alignment, and grammatical excellence.

  • Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, style guidelines, and organizational messaging standards.

  • Refine structure and flow to improve readability and impact while preserving the author's intent.

  • Ensures grammatical quality and cohesion of all published materials.

2. Copywriting

  • Develop compelling, audience-focused, and relevant content across multiple formats, including leadership communications, partner communications, announcements, and other cascades.

  • Translate complex business strategies and initiatives into clear, engaging narratives tailored to specific stakeholders.

  • Craft key messages, headlines, and storytelling frameworks that align with strategic priorities and drive engagement and enablement.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives and produce content that supports business outcomes and cultural alignment.

3. Content and Platform Management

  • Manage content calendars and publishing schedules across internal and external communication platforms - contact policy in internal comms platform.

  • Establishes and maintains the official Communications Style Guide to ensure consistency across all channelsand maintains content governance standards, including version control, tagging, categorization, and accessibility best practices.

  • Manages the content library in the internal comms platform, monitors content expiry, and updates or retires outdated materials to maintain channel relevance.

  • Coordinates with stakeholders to gather approvals and feedback prior to content release
