Job Description

As a Channel & Sales Development Specialist, you are a driving force behind our revenue and partnership growth. This role combines high-energy sales outreach with strategic partner support. You will be responsible for generating a high-quality pipeline, enabling our tier-2 partners, and ensuring our channel-centric go-to-market strategy is executed with precision and ownership.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth: Generate impactful sales opportunities through proactive cold calling and qualifying leads from marketing programs and promotions.
  • Partner Engagement: Proactively engage with Partners to drive awareness of incentives and promotions. Assist with Partner Portal queries, ad-hoc inquiries, and certification checks.
  • Sales Coordination: Direct pre-qualified leads to specific Sales and Channel teams, ensuring a seamless handoff and consistent follow-up.
  • Distribution Support: Assist distributors with quotes for managed partners and follow up on Reseller support tickets to ensure operational excellence.
  • Event & Marketing Execution: Support the Channel and SMB teams in hosting partner training, regional industry events, and marketing campaigns designed to secure new leads.
  • Sales Enablement: Leverage internal commercial teams to enable selected tier-2 partners and drive SMB Run-rate business through distribution.
  • Administrative & Document Management: Manage critical documentation, including Tender Letter requests, product brochures, and promotion program details.
  • CRM Management: Capture all customer and partner interactions accurately within Salesforce to maintain a transparent and data-driven account management system.
