Job Description

The ACM Change Manager will lead change management activities to ensure successful adoption, engagement, and sustainability of

new digital tools, processes, and governance models in alignment with the Empower initiative

Scope of Work/Responsibilities

Change Management Strategy

Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan for Empower, aligned with organizational goals

and project timelines.

Conduct change risk and impact analyses and assess change readiness

Define key change management milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement

Identify and map key stakeholders across departments and user groups.

Facilitate regular communication, feedback sessions, and engagement activities to ensure buy-in and address concerns.

Cultivate a community of practice for citizen developers and digital champions and ensure active engagement within the

community

Communication Planning

Design and execute targeted communication campaigns to raise awareness of Empower objectives, benefits, and

progress.

Prepare and disseminate change-related materials (e.g., newsletters, FAQs, success stories).

Training and Capability Building

Oversee the rollout of structured learning programs, workshops, and peer-led support (e.g., Digital Champions network).

Coordinate with ITD and platform experts to ensure training materials are relevant and accessible.

Adoption Monitoring and Support

Track adoption metrics, usage dashboards, and benefits realization indicators.

Identify areas of low engagement and implement targeted interventions to drive participation.

Resistance Management

Anticipate and address resistance to change by providing clear rationale, success stories, and incentives.

Deliver hands-on support and recognition programs to encourage positive behavioral shifts.

Sustainability and Continuous Improvement

Establish mechanisms for ongoing support, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement (e.g., Citizen Dev Hub, office

hours, community forums).

Collect feedback and lessons learned to refine change management approaches.

Alignment with Organizational Initiatives

Coordinate with other change management and transformation initiatives within the company to ensure consistency and synergy.

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or

related field.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in change management, organizational transformation, or digital adoption

projects.

Experience leading change initiatives in large organizations

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin).

Familiarity with digital transformation, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform).

Knowledge of stakeholder analysis, communication planning, training design, and benefits realization.

Understanding of organizational culture, resistance management, and employee engagement strategies.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and influence abilities.

Empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Tools / Software

Change management and project management tools (e.g., Prosci Change Management Suite, MS Project, Planner, and

similar

Collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).

Survey and feedback tools (e.g., Microsoft Forms, SurveyMonkey).

Documentation and reporting tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Certification (if applicable)

Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or equivalent required.

Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile/Scrum, or similar preferred.

Certifications in digital transformation, organizational development, or related fields are an advantage.
