Lead IT Adoption Manager
Location: Mandaluyong
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x a week Onsite)

Role Overview
We're seeking a Lead IT Adoption Manager to support multiple digital transformation initiatives. The role will ensure employees and stakeholders are prepared, trained, and able to effectively adopt new IT systems, processes, and tools.
The position will lead change management and adoption strategies, collaborate with business leaders and IT teams, and mentor adoption managers and learning specialists to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management & Adoption Strategy
- Develop and implement Adoption & Change Management (ACM) strategies and plans
- Assess organizational impact of digital transformation initiatives
- Conduct change impact and stakeholder analysis
- Ensure employees are ready and capable of adopting new IT solutions
Implementation & Delivery
- Lead the execution of communication, training, and adoption initiatives
- Integrate change management plans with IT project plans
- Work with vendors to ensure ACM deliverables meet ADB standards
- Monitor adoption metrics and provide progress reporting
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business product owners, managers, and IT teams
- Build and manage networks of change champions and sponsors
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and stakeholders
Leadership & Mentoring
- Mentor adoption managers and learning experts
- Assign responsibilities and monitor ACM team performance
- Facilitate team collaboration and knowledge sharing
Additional Responsibilities
- Identify and manage resistance to change
- Conduct coaching sessions and communication activities
- Escalate risks and issues related to change management
- Maintain updated adoption plans and documentation
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Information Technology
- Psychology
- Organizational Development
- Or related field
Experience
- Minimum 7 years overall professional experience
- At least 5 years in IT adoption / change management
- Experience managing enterprise-wide IT transformation initiatives
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of IT project management methodologies
- Experience implementing organizational change programs
- Familiarity with enterprise digital transformation initiatives
Tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
Certifications (Preferred)
- Prosci or equivalent Change Management Certification
- Post-graduate degree is an advantage
If certification is not available, it must be obtained within 12 months of engagement.

Work Arrangement
