About the Role
As an Assistant Manager in Change Management, you will support the Change Manager and team in delivering end-to-end change initiatives. You will focus on ensuring effective adoption of organizational, process, and technology transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of change management across large-scale transformation programs
- Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations
- Develop and implement change strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance
- Create communication materials and stakeholder engagement plans
- Partner with business leaders and project teams to meet objectives
- Align change activities with program milestones and governance structures
- Manage stakeholder identification, analysis, and engagement
- Support leadership alignment and sponsor enablement
- Execute training needs analysis and support training rollout plans
- Track adoption metrics, readiness, and overall change progress
- Manage day-to-day change workstream activities (risks, issues, reporting)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's preferred
- 7+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or HR Consulting
- Experience in large-scale transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project tracking tools
