Job Description

About the Role

As an Assistant Manager in Change Management, you will support the Change Manager and team in delivering end-to-end change initiatives. You will focus on ensuring effective adoption of organizational, process, and technology transformations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of change management across large-scale transformation programs
  • Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations
  • Develop and implement change strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance
  • Create communication materials and stakeholder engagement plans
  • Partner with business leaders and project teams to meet objectives
  • Align change activities with program milestones and governance structures
  • Manage stakeholder identification, analysis, and engagement
  • Support leadership alignment and sponsor enablement
  • Execute training needs analysis and support training rollout plans
  • Track adoption metrics, readiness, and overall change progress
  • Manage day-to-day change workstream activities (risks, issues, reporting)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or HR Consulting
  • Experience in large-scale transformation projects
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project tracking tools

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Leadership mindset with focus on continuous improvement

Preferred Experience

  • Enterprise / Organizational Change Management
  • Behavioral Change frameworks
  • Tools such as Jira, Confluence, or BI dashboards
