About The Role
The
Change Management Lead manages strategic change initiatives to modernize and optimize Finance operations, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives. Accountable for end-to-end change delivery, designing and executing strategies that drive business readiness, adoption, and seamless transition to BAU. Partners with SMEs and finance teams to shape process and system enhancements, manage functional changes, and mitigate risks. Requires strong cross-functional collaboration and senior leadership engagement, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver sustainable transformation.
How you'll contribute
- Support the Change Management Department Head in planning, facilitating, and orchestrating key Finance transformation initiatives under the Finance strategy.
- Lead end-to-end transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes. Manage and implement transformation roadmaps.
- Drive strategic planning and execution of finance transformation initiatives. Translate business strategy into actionable finance programs. Ensure timely delivery of initiatives against agreed milestones. Monitor and report progress to senior leadership to enable informed decision making and sustained impact.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration. Coordinate with Finance, Technology, Data, Risk, and other business units . Facilitate alignment across departments to ensure integrated solutions
- Resolve cross-functional issues and dependencies to enable seamless execution and delivery of strategic outcomes.
- Drive execution through effective change management to ensure successful adoption and sustainable impact
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support transformation initiatives. Engage stakeholders to build awareness, understanding, and commitment to change. Manage communication plans, training, and transition support to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- Lead stakeholder engagement efforts. Present clear insights, updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Manage stakeholder expectations and securing buy-in for transformation efforts to ensure successful execution and adoption of finance transformation initiatives.
- Ensure finance transformation initiatives adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies by proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with change implementation.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking and Finance, Management Engineering, Information Technology
- Familiarity with banking products, services, and regulatory environment
- Knowledge in change management framework and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Knowledge in end-to-end project lifecycle management; Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
- Knowledge in risk management and mitigation planning
- Analytical Thinking – Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Results Orientation – Demonstrates accountability and drives measurable outcomes
- Influence and Collaboration – Inspires and aligns stakeholders toward common goals
