Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and strategic Change Management Lead to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all initiatives meet objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage through a consistent change management framework. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced organization whose mission is to be a trusted strategic partner to our internal and external customers through optimization, standardization, and enterprise capabilities. You will work with global, cross-functional teams to understand the impacts of change on people, processes, technology, and customer experience.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Drive Change Strategy & Adoption: Apply appropriate processes and tools to support effective adoption of changes required by multiple programs across the enterprise. You will conduct impact analyses, identify key stakeholders, and confirm change readiness throughout the project lifecycle to reduce resistance and maximize solution adoption.
- Collaborate & Coach: Manage and build relationships with business leaders and global cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations, IT, Real Estate) to educate them on changes and drive decisions. You will coach and consult with project teams to help them integrate change management activities into their project plans and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage Communications & Methodology: Identify communication requirements and support the development and delivery of messaging to all levels of the organization. You will also own the maintenance of change management processes/tools and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the GBS PMO.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in a Change Management role OR 5+ years in a Project Management role.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and experience communicating change to all levels of a global organization.
- Proven ability in managing stakeholder expectations (especially at the senior level), leading multiple large time-sensitive projects, and exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. (Change management certification is a plus).
