About the Team

The SEAC Change Management Centre of Excellence (CM CoE) is responsible for the stewardship of the processes, tools and methodology for the operationalisation of change. Working within a high-performing team, the CM CoE collaborates closely with teams in South East Asia to deliver Change programmes in the fields of Digital Transformation, Organisation Transformation and Workforce Strategy.

About the Role

We are looking for Associates with 1-2 years of change management/transition management experience to support client-facing delivery of projects across South East Asia.

Specifically, we are looking for individuals with experience and knowledge in any of the following areas:

  • Support change enablement for clients as part of large transformation programs
  • Coordinate training activities and build training collaterals to enable organizational capability uplift
  • Design creative communication and engagement materials (e.g. newsletters, emails, infographics, quick reference guides, videos, microsites)
  • Support change impact assessment
  • Develop and execute surveys to assess change readiness
  • Track and monitor adoption metrics (including creation of measures of success dashboards)
  • Work as part of a team to ensure on time delivery and achievement of outcomes

About You

  • Above average bachelor's degree in Business and/or Human Resource or any equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience within the change management/transition management and/or human capital domain - preferably within reputable consulting, professional services firms or related industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in complex and dynamic environment
  • Proactive and has bias for action.
  • Possess leadership interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
  • Has self-driven personality
  • Able to collaborate and participate in a highly diverse and inclusive team
  • Able to multitask and goal-driven
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrable passion/interest for change management is a must
  • Open to fresh graduates
