About the Team

The SEAC Change Management Centre of Excellence (CM CoE) is responsible for the stewardship of the processes, tools and methodology for the operationalisation of change. Working within a high-performing team, the CM CoE collaborates closely with teams in South East Asia to deliver Change programmes in the fields of Digital Transformation, Organisation Transformation and Workforce Strategy.

About the Role

  • Coordinate and drive change enablement for clients as part of large transformation programs
  • Drive training programmes including building training collaterals and coordinating training activities to enable organisational capability uplift
  • Design and implement creative communication and engagement materials (e.g. newsletters, emails, infographics, quick reference guides, videos, microsites)
  • Support change impact assessments develop and execute surveys to assess change readiness
  • Track and monitor adoption metrics (including creation of measures of success dashboards)
  • Support the team in building and leveraging relationships with clients to ensure on time delivery and achievement of outcomes

About you

  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to work in complex and dynamic environments
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant experience within the change management and/or human capital domain, preferably with consulting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
  • Collaboration and participation within a highly diverse and inclusive team
  • Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritise workload
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrable passion for and knowledge of change management is a must

Degrees/Field of Study required:
